In Tuesday's league battle, the host Kerens Bobcats volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Alto Yellowjackets.
The Bobcats (10-10) will now prepare for their battle against Cayuga (Cayuga, TX). The Wildcats come into the 2A Region III District 21 battle with a 8-17 record. In their last battle, Cayuga lost by Cross Roads (Malakoff, TX), 3-1, in a league battle.
Next, the Yellowjackets clash with the Frankston Indians (Frankston, TX) in a 2A Region III District 21 battle, on Saturday, October 7. Alto will attempt to advance on its 0-17 season record.
