The Augusta Christian Lions prevailed the visiting Mead Hall Episcopal School Panthers volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Lions now have a 6-4 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hammond for a SCISA AAA Region I test on Thursday, September 28. Augusta Christian will confront a Skyhawks team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Ben Lippen (Columbia, SC). The Skyhawks record now stands at 5-5.
The Panthers (4-9) will now prepare for their test against Curtis Baptist (Augusta, GA). The Crusaders enter the SCISA A Region I test with a 9-6 record. In their last test, Curtis Baptist gained a win over Jefferson Davis Academy (Blackville, SC), 3-2, in a non-league test.
