The Bemidji Lumberjacks volleyball team scored 3 points and limited the visiting Pine River-Backus Tigers to 0 in the Lumberjacks non-league victory on Tuesday.

The Lumberjacks now possess a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Nevis for a non-league game on Wednesday, September 27. Bemidji will meet a Tigers team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Sebeka (Sebeka, MN). The Tigers record now stands at 13-5.

The Tigers (9-5) will now prepare for their game against Kelliher/Northome (Northome, MN). The Mustangs enter the Northwoods game with a 2-6 record. In their last game, Kelliher/Northome was dropped by Lake of the Woods (Baudette, MN), 3-0, in a non-league game.
