The Nicholas County Bluejackets volleyball team (Carlisle, KY), was dropped 3-1 in Tuesday's non-league challenge with the host Bourbon County Colonels (Paris, KY)

The Colonels (7-15) will now prepare for their challenge against Robertson County (Mt. Olivet, KY). The Black Devils enter the non-league challenge with a 14-10 record. In their last challenge, Robertson County defeated Augusta (Augusta, KY), 2-0, in a non-league challenge.

Next, the Bluejackets meet the Fleming County Panthers (Flemingsburg, KY) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, September 27. Nicholas County will attempt to move on its 11-9 season record. The Panthers enter the challenge with a 13-11 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Greenup County (Greenup, KY).
