The Chargers (21-8) will now prepare for their challenge against Lubbock Christian (Lubbock, TX). The Eagles enter the TAPPS 3A District 1 challenge with a 20-5 record.
Next, the Longhorns encounter the Midland Texas Leadership Charter Academy Eagles (Midland, TX) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, September 30. Buena Vista will attempt to move on its 16-11 season record. The Eagles enter the challenge with a 4-5 record after their 3-2 non-league win over Midessa (Odessa, TX).
