Pennsylvania High School Volleyball - Greater Johnstown can't hold off Chestnut Ridge

The Greater Johnstown Trojans volleyball team (Johnstown, PA), was edged 3-2 in Tuesday's league challenge with the visiting Chestnut Ridge Lions (New Paris, PA)

The Lions (10-9) will now prepare for their challenge against Bishop Guilfoyle (Altoona, PA). The Marauders come into the Laurel Highlands 2 challenge with a 0-11 record. In their last challenge, Bishop Guilfoyle was edged by Tyrone (Tyrone, PA), 3-0, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans encounter the Bellefonte Raiders (Bellefonte, PA) in a Mountain 2 challenge, on Wednesday, September 27. Greater Johnstown will attempt to move on its 0-10 season record. The Raiders come into the challenge with a 4-9 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hollidaysburg (Hollidaysburg, PA).
