The Ortonville Trojans held off the visiting Dawson-Boyd Blackjacks volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's non-league test.
The Trojans now have a 3-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Yellow Medicine East for a non-league test on Thursday, September 28. Ortonville will confront a Sting team coming off a 3-0 league loss to Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg (Kerkhoven, MN). The Sting record now stands at 0-9.
The Blackjacks (3-5) will now prepare for their test against MACCRAY (Clara City, MN). The Wolverines enter the Camden test with a 8-8 record. In their last test, MACCRAY was nudged by Canby (Canby, MN), 3-1, in a league test.
