In Tuesday's non-league contest, the Seymour Eagles (Seymour, TN) volleyball squad were winner over the visiting Grainger Grizzlies (Rutledge, TN), by a margin of 3-1.

Next up, the Eagles battle the Fulton Falcons (Knoxville, TN) in a AA District 3 contest, on Thursday, September 28. Seymour will attempt to better on its 15-14 season record.

With the loss, Grainger moves to 11-14 on the year. The Grizzlies travel to Jefferson County (Dandridge, TN) to battle the Patriots in a non-league contest on Thursday, September 28. The Patriots go into the contest with a record of 4-10. Jefferson County lost 2-0 in their recent non-league contest against Grace Christian Academy (Knoxville, TN)
