Nebraska High School Volleyball - High Plains tips McCool Junction

September 26, 2023: Polk, NE 68654

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the High Plains Storm (Polk, NE) and the visiting McCool Junction Mustangs (McCool Junction, NE), saw High Plains's volleyball squad nip McCool Junction by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, High Plains upgrades its record to 12-7 on the year. The Storm travel to Meridian (Daykin, NE) to play the Mustangs in a Crossroads bout on Tuesday, October 3. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 12-3. Meridian won 2-0 in their recent league bout against Dorchester (Dorchester, NE)

The Mustangs now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they host Fullerton for a non-league bout on Thursday, September 28. McCool Junction will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-1 non-league win over Hampton (Hampton, NE). The Warriors record now stands at 10-5.
