The Holy Family Catholic Fire held off the host Mound-Westonka White Hawks volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Tuesday's league test.
The Fire now have a 9-5 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Hudson for a non-league test on Thursday, September 28. Holy Family Catholic will confront a Raiders team coming off a 3-0 league win over New Richmond (New Richmond, WI). The Raiders record now stands at 19-6.
The White Hawks (12-4) will now prepare for their test against Hutchinson (Hutchinson, MN). The Tigers enter the Wright County test with a 7-11 record. In their last test, Hutchinson was nudged by Jordan (Jordan, MN), 3-0, in a non-league test.
