The Powhatan Indians topped the host L.C. Bird Skyhawks volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Tuesday's league test.
The Indians now have a 5-7 record. They put it on the line next when they host Cosby for a Dominion test on Thursday, September 28. Powhatan will confront a Titans team coming off a 3-2 league win over James River Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Titans record now stands at 7-4.
The Skyhawks (3-8) will now prepare for their test against Midlothian (Midlothian, VA). The Trojans enter the Dominion test with a 7-1 record. In their last test, Midlothian was knocked off by St. Catherine's (Richmond, VA), 3-2, in a non-league test.
