In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Umpqua Valley Christian Monarchs volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Powers Cruisers.
The Monarchs (10-1) will now prepare for their battle against Glendale (Glendale, OR). The Pirates come into the 1A Skyline battle with a 6-6 record.
Next, the Cruisers encounter the Pacific (Port Orford, OR) in a 1A Skyline battle, on Thursday, September 28. Powers will attempt to move on its 4-6 season record.
