Arizona High School Volleyball - San Miguel overwhelmed by Thatcher

In Tuesday's league battle, the visiting Thatcher Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the San Miguel Vipers.

The Eagles (5-13) will now prepare for their battle against Safford (Safford, AZ). The Bulldogs come into the 3A - South battle with a 14-5 record.

Next, the Vipers encounter the Tanque Verde Hawks (Tucson, AZ) in a 3A - South battle, on Monday, October 2. San Miguel will attempt to advance on its 2-6 season record. The Hawks come into the battle with a 8-6 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Sahuaro (Tucson, AZ).
