Virginia High School Football - William Campbell crushed by Altavista

The Altavista Colonels walloped the host William Campbell Generals football team by a score of 64-13 in Thursday's league challenge.

In their next game, the Colonels face the Appomattox County Raiders (Appomattox, VA) in a Dogwood challenge, on Friday, October 4. Altavista will attempt to improve on its 4-0 season record. The Raiders go into the challenge with a 0-5 record after their 20-7 league loss to Gretna (Gretna, VA).

The Generals (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Nelson County (Lovingston, VA). The Governors go into the Dogwood challenge with a 3-2 record.
