The Elko Indians felled the host Lowry Buckaroos football team by a score of 42-18 in Thursday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Indians face the Battle Mountain Longhorns (Battle Mountain, NV) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, October 3. Elko will attempt to improve on its 4-1 season record. The Longhorns go into the challenge with a 0-2 record after their 40-12 non-league loss to Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV).

The Buckaroos (1-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Spring Creek (Spring Creek, NV). The Spartans go into the non-league challenge with a 3-3 record.
