Spring Lake Park Panthers (Spring Lake Park, MN) boosters exited the stadium thrilled Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team get by the visiting Centennial Cougars (Circle Pines, MN), 1-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Spring Lake Park moves its record to 9-0 on the campaign. The Panthers travel to Totino-Grace (Fridley, MN) to meet the Eagles in a non-league test on Monday, September 30. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 5-2.

The Cougars now sport a 6-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Andover for a Class AA Section 7 test on Monday, September 30. Centennial will meet a Huskies team coming off a 2-1 league win over Rogers (Rogers, MN). The Huskies record now stands at 5-6.
