The Liberty Lions (Peoria, AZ) football trounced the host Corona del Sol Aztecs (Tempe, AZ), 56-0 in Thursday's non-league outing.
The Lions now sport a 4-0 record. They take the field next when they host Chandler for a non-league outing on Thursday, October 3. Liberty will clash with a Wolves squad coming off a 19-14 non-league win over Highland (Gilbert, AZ). The Wolves record now stands at 1-0.
With the defeat, Corona del Sol drops to 0-3 on the campaign. The Aztecs travel to Mountain Pointe (Phoenix, AZ) to clash with the Pride in a non-league outing on Thursday, October 17. The Pride come into the outing with a record of 4-1.
