Kingston Tigers (Kingston, NY) fans went home in high spirits Thursday as they saw their football team achieve victory over the host Middletown Middie Bears (Middletown, NY), 36-12 in a non-league battle.

With the win, Kingston improves its record to 2-1 on the season. The Tigers travel to Valley Central (Montgomery, NY) to play the Vikings in a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 9. The Vikings go into the battle with a record of 2-0.

The Middie Bears now have a 1-2 record. They play next when they host Cornwall Central for a non-league battle on Wednesday, October 2. Middletown will play a Dragons team coming off a 15-0 non-league win over Goshen Central (Goshen, NY). The Dragons record now stands at 1-1.
