Fans at Thursday's non-league battle between the St. Dominic Crusaders (O'Fallon, MO) and the visiting Lutheran Cougars (St. Peters, MO), saw St. Dominic's soccer squad triumph over Lutheran by a count of 8-0.

The Crusaders (1-0) will now prepare for their battle against De Smet Jesuit (St. Louis, MO). The Spartans enter the non-league battle with a 4-3 record. In their last battle, De Smet Jesuit notched a victory over Eureka (Eureka, MO), 2-1, in a non-league battle.
