The Volcano Vista Hawks topped the visiting Albuquerque Academy Chargers volleyball squad by a final score of 2-0 in Thursday's non-league game.
Next up, the Hawks confront the Las Cruces Bulldawgs (Las Cruces, NM) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 1. Volcano Vista will attempt to advance on its 7-1 season record.
The Chargers (3-6) will now prepare for their game against St. Pius X (Albuquerque, NM). The Sartans go into the non-league game with a 7-2 record. In their last game, St. Pius X gained a win over St. Michael's (Santa Fe, NM), 2-1, in a non-league game.
