The Mount Vernon Bulldogs topped the host Meridian Trojans volleyball squad by a final score of 3-0 in Thursday's non-league game.

Next up, the Bulldogs face the Sehome Mariners (Bellingham, WA) in a non-league game, on Tuesday, October 1. Mount Vernon will attempt to advance on its 4-2 season record. The Mariners go into the game with a 5-0 record after their 2-1 non-league win over Lakewood (Arlington, WA).

The Trojans (1-4) will now prepare for their game against Blaine (Blaine, WA). The Borderites go into the non-league game with a 2-5 record. In their last game, Blaine went down by Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA), 3-0, in a non-league game.
