Virginia High School Soccer - Catholic nudges Benedictine

The Catholic Crusaders soccer squad scored 2 points and held the host Benedictine Cadets to 1 in the Crusaders non-league victory on Thursday.
The Crusaders now hold a 6-2 record. They play next when they travel to Nansemond-Suffolk Academy for a TCIS bout on Monday, September 30. Catholic will play a Saints squad coming off a 3-1 league loss to Norfolk Christian (Norfolk, VA). The Saints record now stands at 3-5.
With the loss, Benedictine moves to 6-2 on the year. The Cadets travel to St. Christopher's (Richmond, VA) to play the Saints in a non-league bout on Tuesday, October 1. The Saints go into the bout with a record of 4-2.
