In Thursday's league outing, the visiting Webb City Cardinals soccer squad scored a tight 2-0 victory over the Central Bulldogs.

The Cardinals (4-6) will now prepare for their outing against Glendale (Springfield, MO). The Falcons go into the non-league outing with a 7-2 record. In their last outing, Glendale got by Springfield Catholic (Springfield, MO), 3-1, in a non-league outing.

Next up, the Bulldogs play the Hillcrest Hornets (Springfield, MO) in a Ozarks outing, on Saturday, September 28. Central will attempt to improve on its 5-8 season record. The Hornets go into the outing with a 4-4 record after their 9-0 non-league win over Aurora (Aurora, MO).
