The Caravan (10-3) will now prepare for their battle against Dunlap (Dunlap, IL). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 9-0 record. In their last battle, Dunlap tipped Canton (Canton, IL), 9-0, in a league battle.

Next up, the Senators battle the Normal West Wildcats (Normal, IL) in a non-league battle, on Friday, September 27. Springfield will attempt to upgrade on its 8-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the battle with a 5-7 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Rock Island (Rock Island, IL).
