Liberal Redskins (Liberal, KS) boosters exited the stadium pleased Thursday as they witnessed their soccer team triumph over the host Lamar Thunder (Lamar, CO), 5-0 in a non-league test.

With the triumph, Liberal moves its record to 6-1 on the campaign. The Redskins host Hays (Hays, KS) to clash with the Indians in a Western Athletic test on Thursday, October 3. The Indians come into the test with a record of 4-3.

The Thunder now sport a 5-3 record. They take the field next when they host Pueblo Central for a non-league test on Saturday, September 28. Lamar will clash with a Wildcats team coming off a 3-2 non-league loss to Atlas Preparatory School (Colorado Springs, CO). The Wildcats record now stands at 5-4.
