The Savannah Savages softball team scored 16 runs and held the host Bishop LeBlond Eagles to 0 in the Savages non-league win on Thursday.

The Savages now sport a 11-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Chillicothe for a non-league battle on Monday, September 30. Savannah will confront a Hornets team coming off a 3-2 non-league win over Benton (St. Joseph, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 13-2.

With the loss, Bishop LeBlond moves to 0-12 on the season. The Eagles travel to West Platte (Weston, MO) to confront the Bluejays in a non-league battle on Monday, September 30. The Bluejays come into the battle with a record of 7-6. West Platte lost 5-2 in their recent non-league battle against North Platte (Dearborn, MO)
