In Thursday's non-league challenge, the visiting South Shore International Tars volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Bogan Bengals.
The Tars (6-0) will now prepare for their challenge against Dyett (Chicago, IL). The Eagles come into the non-league challenge with a 1-4 record.
Next, the Bengals meet the Chicago Vocational Cavaliers (Chicago, IL) in a Chicago Public Blue South challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Bogan will attempt to upgrade on its 1-3 season record.
