In Thursday's league challenge, the host Cape Henlopen Vikings volleyball team scored a 3-0 victory over the Milford Buccaneers.
The Vikings (6-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Ursuline Academy (Wilmington, DE). The Raiders enter the non-league challenge with a 6-2 record. In their last challenge, Ursuline Academy was beaten by Ursuline Academy (St. Louis, MO), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Buccaneers meet the Smyrna Eagles (Smyrna, DE) in a Henlopen North challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Milford will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record.
