The East Jefferson Warriors volleyball squad (Metairie, LA), was defeated 3-0 in Thursday's non-league battle with the visiting Edna Karr Cougars (New Orleans, LA)

With the win, Edna Karr improves its record to 7-4 on the season. The Cougars travel to Academy of the Sacred Heart (New Orleans, LA) to encounter the Cardinals in a non-league battle on Tuesday, October 1. The Cardinals go into the battle with a record of 14-2.

The Warriors now own a 5-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Walker for a non-league battle on Friday, September 27. East Jefferson will encounter a Wildcats squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Prairieville (Prairieville, LA). The Wildcats record now stands at 7-4.
