In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Wethersfield Eagles volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the E.O. Smith/Tolland Bucks.
The Eagles (7-3) will now prepare for their challenge against Rocky Hill (Rocky Hill, CT). The Terriers come into the Central Connecticut - North challenge with a 2-7 record. In their last challenge, Rocky Hill was beaten by Plainville (Plainville, CT), 3-1, in a non-league challenge.
