The Mancelona Ironmen volleyball team scored 3 points and restricted the visiting Forest Area Warriors to 0 in the Ironmen league triumph on Thursday.

The Ironmen now have a 3-10 record. They play next when they travel to East Jordan for a non-league outing on Tuesday, October 1. Mancelona will play a Red Devils team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Pellston (Pellston, MI). The Red Devils record now stands at 4-5.

With the loss, Forest Area drops to 2-7 on the campaign. The Warriors host Inland Lakes (Indian River, MI) to play the Bulldogs in a Ski-Valley outing on Tuesday, October 1. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a record of 15-6. Inland Lakes won 3-0 in their recent league outing against Central Lake (Central Lake, MI)
