The Lakeville Falcons volleyball squad (Otisville, MI), was edged 3-2 in Thursday's non-league battle with the host Genesee Christian Soldiers (Burton, MI)

With the win, Genesee Christian improves its record to 12-5 on the season. The Soldiers travel to Dryden (Dryden, MI) to encounter the Cardinals in a non-league battle on Monday, September 30. The Cardinals go into the battle with a record of 5-3.

The Falcons now own a 0-17 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Chesaning for a Mid-Michigan Athletic battle on Tuesday, October 1. Lakeville will encounter a Indians squad coming off a 3-0 league loss to Byron (Byron, MI). The Indians record now stands at 2-10.
