In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Lakeview Lakers volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Ortonville Trojans.

The Lakers (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Tracy-Milroy-Balaton (Tracy, MN). The Panthers come into the Camden challenge with a 8-10 record. In their last challenge, Tracy-Milroy-Balaton beat Kerkhoven-Murdock-Sunburg (Kerkhoven, MN), 3-1, in a league challenge.

Next, the Trojans play the Lac qui Parle Valley Eagles (Madison, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, October 1. Ortonville will attempt to upgrade on its 2-12 season record. The Eagles come into the challenge with a 11-10 record after their 3-1 league win over Yellow Medicine East (Granite Falls, MN).
