Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA) boosters left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Mount Vernon Bulldogs (Mount Vernon, WA), 3-0 in a league test.

With the win, Meridian improves its record to 2-3 on the season. The Trojans travel to Blaine (Blaine, WA) to face the Borderites in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test on Monday, September 30. The Borderites go into the test with a record of 1-8. Blaine lost 3-1 in their recent league test against Sedro-Woolley (Sedro-Woolley, WA)

The Bulldogs now own a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host Sehome for a 1A/2A/3A Northwest test on Tuesday, October 1. Mount Vernon will face a Mariners squad coming off a 3-0 league win over Lakewood (Arlington, WA). The Mariners record now stands at 4-1.
