Kentucky High School Football - South Oldham prevails Anderson County

In Friday's league match, the visiting South Oldham Dragons football squad scored a good 27-0 triumph over the Anderson County Bearcats.
The Dragons (5-1) will now prepare for their match against Woodford County (Versailles, KY). The Yellowjackets come into the 5A District 6 match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Woodford County defeated Heritage (Palm Bay, FL), 35-17, in a non-league match.
The Bearcats now have a 3-3 record. They play next when they travel to Scott County for a 5A District 6 battle on Friday, October 3. Anderson County will play a Cardinals team coming off a 38-14 league win over Collins (Shelbyville, KY). The Cardinals record now stands at 5-1.
