Nipomo Titans (Nipomo, CA) boosters were content Friday as they saw their football team overcome the visiting Arroyo Grande Eagles (Arroyo Grande, CA), 33-25 in a non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Titans play the Santa Maria Saints (Santa Maria, CA) in a Ocean challenge, on Friday, October 10. Nipomo will attempt to improve on its 3-3 season record.

The Eagles (2-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Paso Robles (Paso Robles, CA). The Bearcats come into the Mountain test with a 2-4 record. In their last test, Paso Robles went down by Buchanan (Clovis, CA), 49-13, in a non-league test.
