Alabama High School Football - Kate Duncan Smith DAR trounces Asbury

In Friday's non-league match, the host Kate Duncan Smith DAR Patriots football squad scored a decisive 62-6 triumph over the Asbury Rams.

The Patriots (2-4) will now prepare for their match against Randolph School (Huntsville, AL). The Raiders come into the 4A Region 8 match with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Randolph School was ripped by Pisgah (Pisgah, AL), 34-14, in a non-league battle.

The Rams now have a 0-6 record. They play next when they host Brindlee Mountain for a 3A Region 8 battle on Friday, October 3. Asbury will play a Lions team coming off a 36-18 non-league loss to Woodville (Woodville, AL). The Lions record now stands at 1-5.
