Alabama High School Football - Auburn wallops Moody

The Auburn Tigers football squad scored 41 points and limited the visiting Moody Blue Devils to 7 in the Tigers non-league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Tigers play the Central Red Devils (Phenix City, AL) in a 7A Region 2 challenge, on Friday, October 3. Auburn will attempt to improve on its 5-1 season record. The Red Devils go into the challenge with a 5-1 record after their 49-14 non-league loss to IMG Academy (Bradenton, FL).

The Blue Devils (4-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Center Point (Birmingham, AL). The Eagles go into the 5A Region 6 challenge with a 1-4 record. In their last challenge, Center Point was ripped by St. Clair County (Odenville, AL), 47-9, in a league test.
