The Beachwood Bison football team (Beachwood, OH), was topped 24-0 in Friday's league contest with the visiting Brooklyn Hurricanes (Brooklyn, OH)

The Hurricanes (1-5) will now prepare for their contest against Independence (Independence, OH). The Blue Devils enter the Chagrin Valley - Metro contest with a 0-6 record. In their last contest, Independence was outscored by Cuyahoga Heights (Cleveland, OH), 35-13, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Bison confront the Trinity Trojans (Garfield Heights, OH) in a Chagrin Valley - Metro contest, on Saturday, October 4. Beachwood will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Trojans go into the battle with a 1-5 record after their 44-7 non-league loss to Fairview (Fairview Park, OH).
