The Mobridge-Pollock Tigers (Mobridge, SD) football trounced the host Belle Fourche Broncs (Belle Fourche, SD), 40-6 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Tigers now possess a 5-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Lead-Deadwood for a non-league game on Friday, October 3. Mobridge-Pollock will face a Golddiggers team coming off a 19-18 league loss to Custer (Custer, SD). The Golddiggers record now stands at 0-5.
The Broncs (1-4) will now prepare for their game against St. Thomas More (Rapid City, SD). The Cavaliers enter the Black Hills game with a 5-0 record. In their last game, St. Thomas More overwhelmed Lakota Tech (Pine Ridge, SD), 69-0, in a league game.
