In Friday's league match, the host Belle Plaine Plainsmen football squad scored a good 34-24 triumph over the WACO Warriors.
The Plainsmen (2-2) will now prepare for their match against Clarksville (Clarksville, IA). The Indians come into the non-league match with a 4-1 record. In their last match, Clarksville defeated Colo-NESCO (Colo, IA), 54-14, in a league match.
