New Mexico High School Football - Espanola Valley knocked off by Bernalillo

In Friday's league game, the Bernalillo Spartans (Bernalillo, NM) football team overcame the visiting Espanola Valley Sundevils (Espanola, NM), by a tally of 41-12.

In their next game, the Spartans battle the Kirtland Central Broncos (Kirtland, NM) in a 4A District 1 outing, on Friday, October 3. Bernalillo will attempt to move on its 4-1 season record. The Broncos come into the outing with a 1-4 record after their 66-14 league loss to Grants (Grants, NM).

With the defeat, Espanola Valley drops to 3-3 on the campaign. The Sundevils host Taos (Taos, NM) to clash with the Tigers in a 4A District 1 outing on Friday, October 3. The Tigers come into the outing with a record of 1-4. Taos lost 65-13 in their recent league outing against Bloomfield (Bloomfield, NM)
