The Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin Blue Devils football squad scored 19 points and limited the host Salt Fork Storm to 3 in the Blue Devils league win on Friday.

In their next game, the Blue Devils face the Watseka Warriors (Watseka, IL) in a Vermilion Valley challenge, on Friday, October 3. Bismarck-Henning/Rossville-Alvin will attempt to improve on its 3-2 season record. The Warriors go into the challenge with a 1-4 record after their 67-20 league loss to Clifton Central (Clifton, IL).

The Storm (3-2) will now prepare for their test against Momence (Momence, IL). The Momence Athletics come into the Vermilion Valley test with a 2-3 record. In their last test, Momence topped Iroquois West (Gilman, IL), 28-7, in a league test.
