Alabama High School Football - Brewer defeated by Cullman

The Cullman Bearcats were victorious over the host Brewer Patriots football team by a score of 24-11 in Friday's non-league challenge.

In their next game, the Bearcats face the Hartselle Tigers (Hartselle, AL) in a 6A Region 7 challenge, on Friday, October 3. Cullman will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 5-0 record after their 48-8 non-league win over Woodlawn (Birmingham, AL).

The Patriots (1-4) will now prepare for their challenge against Scottsboro (Scottsboro, AL). The Wildcats enter the 5A Region 8 test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Scottsboro was defeated by Central of Clay County (Lineville, AL), 26-9, in a non-league test.
