Colorado High School Football - Yuma knocked off by Brush

September 26, 2025: Yuma, CO 80759

In Friday's non-league game, the Brush Beetdiggers (Brush, CO) football team overcame the host Yuma Outlaws (Yuma, CO), by a tally of 36-7.

In their next game, the Beetdiggers battle the Arvada Bulldogs (Arvada, CO) in a 2A League 7 outing, on Friday, October 3. Brush will attempt to move on its 4-0 season record. The Bulldogs come into the outing with a 1-3 record after their 41-12 non-league loss to D'Evelyn (Denver, CO).

With the defeat, Yuma drops to 3-1 on the campaign. The Outlaws host Burlington (Burlington, CO) to clash with the Cougars in a 1A North Central outing on Friday, October 3. The Cougars enter the game with a record of 4-0. Burlington won 52-23 in their recent non-league game against Denver Christian (Denver, CO)
