California High School Football - River Islands overwhelmed by Calaveras

In Friday's league game, the Calaveras Red Hawks (San Andreas, CA) football team triumphed over the host River Islands Riptide (Lathrop, CA), by a tally of 55-0.

In their next game, the Red Hawks face the Summerville Bears (Tuolumne, CA) in a Mother Lode League game, on Friday, October 3. Calaveras will attempt to better on its 3-2 season record. The Bears enter the game with a 4-1 record after their 49-0 league win over Riverbank (Riverbank, CA).
