The Golden Eagles (3-3) will now prepare for their contest against Washington (Washington, PA). The Prexies enter the WPIAL AA Century bout with a 5-1 record. In their last bout, Washington beat South Park (South Park, PA), 48-7, in a non-league bout.

The Cougars now own a 1-5 record. They play next when they host Waynesburg Central for a WPIAL AA Century bout on Friday, October 3. Carlynton will encounter a Raiders team coming off a 41-14 league loss to Seton LaSalle (Pittsburgh, PA). The Raiders record now stands at 2-4.
