South Carolina High School Football - Pendleton triumphant over Carolina Academy

The crowd at Friday's non-league contest between the Pendleton Bulldogs (Pendleton, SC) and the visiting Carolina Academy Trojans (Greenville, SC), witnessed Pendleton's football squad wallop Carolina Academy by a tally of 41-6.

The Bulldogs (2-3) will now prepare for their contest against Travelers Rest (Travelers Rest, SC). The Devildogs enter the non-league contest with a 2-3 record. In their last contest, Travelers Rest was trounced by Greer (Greer, SC), 30-7, in a league contest.

Coming up next, the Trojans confront the Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC) in a AAA Region 2 contest, on Friday, October 3. Carolina Academy will attempt to advance on its 2-3 season record. The Mustangs go into the bout with a 0-5 record after their 49-0 non-league loss to Belton-Honea Path (Honea Path, SC).
