Ohio High School Football - Chardon knocked off by Riverside

September 26, 2025: Chardon, OH 44024

In Friday's league game, the Riverside Beavers (Painesville, OH) football team overcame the host Chardon Hilltoppers (Chardon, OH), by a tally of 38-26.

In their next game, the Beavers battle the Mayfield Wildcats (Mayfield, OH) in a Western Reserve outing, on Friday, October 3. Riverside will attempt to move on its 4-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the outing with a 4-2 record after their 17-14 league win over South (Willoughby, OH).

With the defeat, Chardon falls to 3-3 on the year. The Hilltoppers host North (Eastlake, OH) to battle the Rangers in a Western Reserve contest on Friday, October 3. The Rangers enter the contest with a record of 3-3. North lost 42-38 in their recent league contest against Kenston (Chagrin Falls, OH)
