The Chesapeake Cougars (Pasadena, MD) football tipped the visiting Patterson Mill Huskies (Bel Air, MD), 20-14 in Friday's non-league outing.
The Cougars now sport a 4-0 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Crofton for a Class 4A3A East game on Friday, October 3. Chesapeake will battle a team coming off a 34-28 league win over Meade (Fort Meade, MD). The record now stands at 2-2.
The Huskies (1-3) will now prepare for their outing against Joppatowne (Joppa, MD). The Mariners come into the Class 2A1A North outing with a 3-1 record. In their last outing, Joppatowne edged Bel Air (Bel Air, MD), 20-14, in a non-league outing.
